Breakfast in the conservatory

With spectacular views across the garden and treetops, guests enjoy a generous country style breakfast in the conservatory. Juice, yoghurt, fruit, eggs bacon and home baked breads and conserves are served.

 

 

An optional continental breakfast basket is available to rooms at a lesser charge.

The veranda, outside the guest sitting room, is sheltered from ocean winds and makes a wonderful vantage point for viewing the diverse bird life or simply relaxing overlooking the garden. The peaceful garden and valley views may be enjoyed from inside or out.

 

Guest Sitting Room

This room features a large bay window with peaceful garden and valley views. It has floor heating. Also TV, CD, video and books; kitchenette with microwave, fridge, toaster, tea and coffee making facilities 

 

 

The sitting room is sometimes used exclusively by guests from room 1.

When two couples are travelling together, both rooms can be accessed from the sitting room.

 

 

 
Guest Rooms

The two guest rooms are equipped with: comfortable queen beds, electric blankets, en-suite bathrooms, hairdryers, clock radios, private entry, reverse cycle air-conditioning, bar fridge, tea and coffee facilities, television and video. Off street parking.  Non smoking indoors.  

 

Room 1

Room 1 is sometimes offered as a suite with the sitting room. The bed room features a reading corner and long valley views. It is often reserved for guests requiring multiple night stays.  

Room 2

Room 2 may be entered via the timber decking. This area also has outdoor seating and beautiful views, It features a cosy sofa, table and chairs. It is favourite of honeymooners and overnight guests.  

 

 

Dining

Dine in the restaurants of Port Campbell, within 2 minutes’ drive. A wide variety of styles are available from fine dining with views across the bay, to hotel counter meals and take away foods. Seafoods are a speciality, including locally caught crayfish.
